Full-time Maintenance Technician II Needed to join our Richman Property Services team in Frederick, MD!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, team-oriented, full-time Maintenance Technician II with a can-do attitude to join our growing Maintenance Team!

Position: Maintenance Technician II

Location: Fieldpointe Apartments, Frederick, MD, our 252-unit multi-family residential community located in Frederick, MD 21701.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 or more years of Apartment Maintenance Technician experience with multi-family residential communities
  • EPA type I & II, or EPA Universal is strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer/residential service skills, and overall communications skills
  • Ability to confidently work with teams and individually
  • Penchant for curb-appeal
