Description
TruStile Doors, a recognized leader in premium door manufacturing, is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician and natural leader to grow with us. Our team keeps production running safely and efficiently by combining strong technical skills with a proactive, team-first mindset.
As a Maintenance Technician III, you’ll take point on complex troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and support of key systems across our 24/7 operation. You’ll also help lead by example, assist in mentoring junior technicians, and drive continuous improvement within the department.
Highlights of the role:
+ Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing systems (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic), while guiding and delegating tasks to junior technicians.
