Job Overview
The Maintenance Lead is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supporting equipment reliability, and guiding technicians through safe, effective work practices. This position balances hands-on maintenance with team oversight, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Production leadership.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead and support maintenance technicians on shift
+ Assign and prioritize work orders to support production
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
+ Perform and lead preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
+ Communicate equipment status and priorities with Production leadership
+ Support equipment startups, changeovers, and installations
+ Enforce safety procedures, including LOTO, and promote a strong safety culture
