As a Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will be:
Create and maintain a structured inspection and maintenance plan for beverage systems, heating, and lighting.Ensure the proper operation of all technical installations and equipment through regular cleaning, checking, and parts replacement. Identify and execute minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs using company troubleshooting guides and equipment manuals.Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the building, including painting, finishing, and cleaning high-level fixtures, walls, and windows.Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the parking area and Drive-Thru lanes.Keep detailed records of all repairs performed during working hours and p...
