POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Maintenance Technician with Stream, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment of each property and become knowledgeable about engineering field responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with performing preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including, but not limited to, pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and air handling units. Perform general repairs, maintenance, and replacement of building components, including, but not limited to, building fixtures and appliances, plumbing, and electrical. Apply basic knowledge and skills in HVAC distribution and controls to adjust and/or take corrective actions to resolve work orders.
