Maintenance Technician

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join one of our long-term Clients team at (2) of their properties in Minneapolis, MN (55428). The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. HVAC experience is required, certifications are highly preferred. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion) or can go direct hire with the right candidate.

This role will be working with (2) communities and 150 units combined.

Salary: $24-$26/hour DOQ.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm.
