Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property operations team supporting residential and commercial property maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Property Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Monsey, NY
**Pay Range:** $24.00/hr + Overtime
**Shift:** Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm & Friday 8am-4pm
No Saturday's and maybe OT on Sundays depending on peak season needs
