Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Maintenance Technician 1

Location: Carson Crossing, our brand new multi-family residential community located in Austin, TX

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call weekend rotation

Key Qualifications:

  • EPA I & II or EPA Universal. If you do not have your EPA, but posses the right skills and experience, RPS may sponsor (and pay) for your EPA I & II within your first 75-days on the job.
  • Valid Driver's License is required for this position
  • Minimum of 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, new construction experience preferred
