Urban Restorations is currently searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician in Newark, Ohio. Urban Restorations is a family-owned real estate development headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in historic renovation, new home construction and property management of residential and commercial properties.

Our ideal Maintenance Technician will have/be:

  • At least 5 years of residential maintenance experience in a similar environment or equivalent training and/or experience
