The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support Lifestyle Properties, office, shops and laundry facilities ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis.
This will include processing work scheduled through Breezeway which includes guest check-outs, check in’s, maintenance tasks, and on-call emergencies as required. A Maintenance Technician is also responsible for communicating and coordinating with other staff, management, home owners, contractors, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the guest, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the pr...
