Spring Mews a 378 bed property are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday between 9am and 6.30pm on a rota basis.

As Maintenance Technician you be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building.
