Position Description: Full time Experienced Maintenance Technician needed for great local apartments. Health Benefits included. Starting wage is based on experience. Maintains efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy, performing all maintenance in each unit, cleaning and assisting in shampooing to management standards.
Sheetrock, painting, mechanical, basic plumbing, HVAC certification a plus and preferred.
