What You’ll Do:

• Perform apartment turns , including interior painting, drywall repair, patching, and touch-ups Complete resurfacing work (tubs, countertops, sinks, cabinets, etc.) Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC basics, etc.) Prepare vacant units for move-in efficiently and on schedule Respond to maintenance work orders and resident service requests Assist with preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and work areas Ensure all work meets safety standards and company exp...
