Job Summary


The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance and renovation of the University's properties and facilities to include leased and/or rented area's owned and/or occupied by the University.

The schedule will be M-F 11AM to 8PM.


Essential Functions

  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment such as pumps, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, emergency lighting, motors and machinery.

  • Installs, repairs and replaces mechanical, kitchen and electrical equipment including pumps, boilers, HVAC equipment, light ballast’s, motors, plumbing, door hardware, etc. as required.
