**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in the **Phoenix, AZ area** . This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Maintenance Technician ready to hone your skills while mastering new ones alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
**Job Scope:**
+ Clean and maintain stone floors (stripping, waxing, polishing)
+ Operate low- and high-speed floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
+ Address specific needs for various stone surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, terrazzo)
+ Perform general janitorial tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
+ Assist with facility maintenance and minor repairs
**Requirements**
+ 3+ years of experience in janitorial/maintenance, specializing in floor care
+ 3+ years operating floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
+ Expertise in stone floor care (stripping, waxing, polishing)
