This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor while building positive relationships with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and contractors.
What You'll Do
Maintenance & Repairs
Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC systems (EPA Certification required), basic to intermediate plumbing, basic to intermediate electrical work (where no license is required), sheetrock, general carpentry, pool care (if applicable), roof and gutter repairs, wallpaper/painting, foundation and sidewalk repairs, irrigation systems, landscaping, and ice/snow removal.
