Maintenance Technician

You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. We are looking for somebody with plumbing electrical experience and has also been able to take care of grounds work around the community. Also needs to be able to use equipment such as weedeater, chainsaws edgers. Also, Saturdays could be required as there would be a day off during the week to make that work.
