Position Overview Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, unit turns, common area upkeep, and resident support.

Depending on the size of the community, Maintenance Technicians may report directly to a Maintenance Supervisor or work alongside an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, contributing to both routine maintenance and peak-season readiness.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the overall performance and appearance of the property.
