Job Summary
Performs a variety of maintenance duties for the entire facility, as assigned.
Primary Duties
+ Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains, and repairs equipment, systems, and facilities related to any craft or combination of the same, using power and hand tools and other necessary equipment.
+ Performs other semi-skilled and skilled work in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, machinist work, etc.
+ Analyzes and corrects building system problems, alone or as part of a team.
+ Assists in the completion of all normal and minor repairs and reports major problems to Supervisor
