About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will work in our Webster, MA facility. This individual plays a hands-on role within our operations, ensuring that all operating equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely. This position directly impacts the productivity and quality of products delivered. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing, troubleshooting, and improving maintenance activities. Must be a proven troubleshooter and willing to step into different tasks as needed.
