Maintenance Technicians

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join one of our clients in the Jæren region (Nærbø).
Full-time, long-term roles in modern Norwegian factories.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical repairs and maintenance of food production machinery

• Preventive and corrective maintenance

• Troubleshooting (mechanical, sensors, conveyors, pneumatics/hydraulics)

• Supporting production teams to reduce downtime

• Ensuring safe and hygienic work standards

• Working with electricians, automation techs, and production staff

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in industrial or food production

• Strong mechanical understanding

• Practical, hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills

• Physically fit and reliable

• English skills (Norwegian is a plus)
