Maintenance Utility Engineer

• Apply safety rules with immediate reaction in case of detected dangerous situation

• Ensure that all safety devices of machines are operational before their restart after

• maintenance intervention

• Propose preventive maintenance improvements in order to reduce reliability issues.

• Realize 2nd level of maintenance operations,

• Solve maintenance issues in case of machine breakdown,

• Escalate deviations after machine observation in curative or preventive maintenance

• Escalate deviations detected in spare part warehouse

• Participate to line QRQC

• Watch over and pilot sub-contractors during preventive maintenance

• Repair components or sub-assy in order to replace them

• Participate to machine receipt at supplier with process engineering

• Participate to maintenance 5S and respect 5S in preventive maintenance

• Respect recycling of waste.
