Overview

Maintenance Specialist to perform technical work, plan and participate in a variety of facilities and grounds maintenance and repair assignments; does related work as required. Work is performed under supervision.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, heating and ventilation systems maintenance, moving of supplies, furniture, cleaning of grounds and other maintenance facility duties as needed.
•  Receives and responds to maintenance and repair requests via Agency maintenance ticket system....
