Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Shogun Inn, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities Repairs minor Lodging assets to include furnishing, window treatments, wall art, carpet, telephones, electronics, electronic keys, etc. Makes simple plumbing, carpentry painting and electrical repairs such as, but not limited to unclogging sinks and basins, showers, tubs, and toilets. Reports pipes and fixture replacements to CE and submits work orders. Repairs, replaces, or paints (touch-up) doors, windows, screens, cabinets, counters, shelves, and flooring. Patches holes and prepares surfaces, as necessary. Repairs, replaces, or reprograms electronic door locks and room signage. Submits work orders for maintenance or routine repairs on air conditioners, light fixtures, electrical outlets, and appliances.
