Springer Investments is looking to hire a Maintenance Worker to assist with light repairs, construction and parking lot maintenance for our 6 Tim Hortons locations.
Duties Include:
- Light construction & renovation
- Able to complete tasks on time and under pressure
- Able to trouble shoot electrical and mechanical problems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Help to install appliances and equipment maintenance
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willing to learn new things
- Trustworthy
- Able to work on their own
- Be willing to work outside in rain, snow, or shine
- Lawn care & snow removal
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Able to organize & prioritize
