Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant service teams
• Manage guest seating, table assignments, and smooth service flow
• Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking guests and assist with special requests
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
• Coordinate closely with Galley, Bar, and Hotel Management teams
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
