About the role
The role is 10am - 6pm. Manage customer portals to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction. Assist in overseeing responses to inquiries sent to the Major Service email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, resolving them promptly within specified guidelines. Escalate issues when necessary.
