About the role

  • The role is 10am - 6pm. 
  • Manage customer portals to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in overseeing responses to inquiries sent to the Major Service email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, resolving them promptly within specified guidelines. Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer information in databases through regular updates.
