Job Description
The Responsibilities associated with this position include:
1. Key Account Management
- Develop key account business plans
- Ensure the contract is executed accordingly
- Monitor and ensure sales revenues/profitability targets through selling
- Implement price adjustments and profitability improvement program
- Improve and sustain products/services level to customer’s expectation
2. New Business Development
- Win all new business from existing customer in the market & new opportunities by introducing new PSO’s
3. Customer partnership building
- Develop a strong relationship with customer at all levels
- Build a sustainable Customer intimacy program
