  • -Total Compensation in the $800k plus range
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • $100,000 student loan repayment, maximum $20,000/year over 5 years 
  • Relocation assistance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan 5% match
  • $3500 CME Allowance

    • Qualifications: 

  • Degree: MD or DO
  • Certifications: BC/BE in Urology
  • Licensure: Must have Illinois Medical license
  • Sponsorship: J1 or H1B
