Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is typically required.

Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years in a mechanical production environment

Fabrication Processes: In-depth knowledge of various fabrication processes such as welding, cutting, bending, and assembly. Materials Knowledge: Understanding of materials commonly used in fabrication and their properties.  Auto cad proficiency: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications in autocad

Production Planning:

Scheduling: Planning and scheduling production activities to meet delivery deadlines. Capacity Planning: Optimizing resource utilization and managing production capacity.

Quality Management:

Quality Control: Collaborating with the quality team to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. Root Cause Analysis: Addressing quality issues by identifying and resolving root causes. Team Collaboration: Effective communication with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, maintenance, and management.

Technology Proficiency:

ERP Systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for production planning and control.

Estimation : Ability to retrieve Bill of material from the drawings and arrive at an estimate price
