Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages and updates social media profiles, schedules posts, and engages with the online community to enhance brand presence.
• Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
• Addresses online enquiries from potential clients from all social media platforms, groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub‑dealers, partners, and suppliers.
• Assists in reporting current statuses from inquiry to closing of sale.
• Assists in scheduling bookings, logistics expenses (food, accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for marketing events.
• Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as needed within this scope.
