SEN Learning Support Assistant (1:1)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work 1:1 with a pupil in a primary school in Maldon .
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful difference to a child’s educational experience.
The Role
Provide 1:1 support tailored to the individual needs of the pupil
Support learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
Implement strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO
Assist with personal, social, and behavioural development
Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals
