The Mall IT Associate supports the administration and maintenance of mall IT systems, with primary responsibility for POS applications, sales monitoring compliance, and IT equipment supervision. The role ensures accurate POS reporting, provides technical support to merchants and corporate users, coordinates with Ayala Malls Group IT, and assists in IT budgeting and helpdesk operations. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, relevant IT experience, and working knowledge of POS systems and hardware troubleshooting.
