Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts, allowing for predictable time off and personal balance. No call responsibilities.Desirable Practice Setting: Work in a collaborative and focused breast imaging department dedicated to high-quality patient care in both diagnostic and screening mammography.Culture & Support: Join a strong, supportive team of 7 mammographers, including a breast ultrasound specialist, an ARDMS sonographer, and 2 PRNs. Opportunities to train across modalities and grow within the team are encouraged.Professional Growth Opportunities: Opportunities to advance to Mammographer II after 12 months. Candidates with biopsy experience may enter at Level II immediately.Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $24.67 to $37.39 based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full Health benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.Relocation Stipend: Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.Professional Development: Structured advancement opportunities—eligible to move to Mammographer II after 12 months. Degree: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Certifications: ARRT certification in Mammography required.Licensure: North Carolina Radiologic Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain.Skillset: Strong clinical mammography skills; candidates with biopsy experience strongly encouraged to apply.Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced mammographers. Biopsy-trained technologists may qualify for Mammographer II level.Sponsorship: Not available for this position.About the Community
