Job Title: Manage Engine Products Experience Engineer

Location- Oman (Onsite)

Experience-

• 3 to 5 Years overall IT Experience.
• 1 to 3 Years Manage Products experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Accountable for Implementation & Technical Support (Post-Installation) for Manage Engine Products like Operation Manager, Application Manager, Log 360 & PAM 360 etc.
• Day to day activities of maintaining Manage Engine Setup.
• Monitoring Manage Engine alerts and further actions.
• Discovering devices and templates apply.
• Coordination with Project Implementation Engineers.
• Coordination with Global Vendor Manage Engine.
• Project Progress review.
• Servers, Storage, Network & FireWalls Knowledge will have preference.
• Experience in preparing technical proposal, scope of work, pre-requisites, project scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Working knowledge or experience with Network security technologies like Firewalls, NAC and Sniffers.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and related data network protocols: knowledge of standard network protocols like TCP, ARP, ICMP, DHCP, HTTP, SNMP etc. Analysis tools (Wireshark, TCP Dump, etc.)
• Engineer should be flexible for work outside of scheduled shifts or on-call assignments assigned, as requested by leadership in efforts to support business directives.
• Engineer must have the ability to work remotely as on-call response may be needed during off hours.
• Experience in Security Analysis.
• Excellent writing and communications skills.
• Microsoft Visio experience.
• Profile with System Integrators, IT Solution Providers, Business Partners, Implementation Partners will have preference
