Job Title: Managed Service Governance Lead – India
Location: Trivandrum, India
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Managed Service Governance Lead to oversee and manage governance operations for Arch’s Indian-based global capability center, which operates from Trivandrum, Hyderabad and Pune locations This role is critical to the delivery of Managed Service reporting, billing operations, and governance functions in support of managed service delivery from our Indian operations centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance activities across managed service delivery teams to ensure alignment with contractual and operational expectations.
- Track and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver governance reporting packages for internal stakeholders and external business reviews.
- Support monthly and quarterly business review meetings by compiling performance data, creating presentation materials, and facilitating discussions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of operational metrics and status updates.
- Maintain billing files and partner with Finance to compile and validate data required for billing operations, including monthly/quarterly reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain governance calendars, action trackers, and documentation repositories to support transparency and accountability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance governance efficiency and reporting quality.
- Act as a liaison between India GCC teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistent governance practices and communication.
- Support risk and issue management processes by tracking mitigation plans and escalating concerns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in governance, service delivery, operations, or program management within a global or managed services environment.
- Strong understanding of SLA and KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and service management principles.
- Experience supporting Finance operations, including billing data compilation and validation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Familiarity with governance models in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or similar offshore delivery environments is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of financial operations related to service billing, cost allocation, and chargeback models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfort working in a matrixed organization with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience facilitating governance forums, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
