Covenco is a Veeam Platinum Partner, operating large-scale Veeam Cloud Connect platforms with multi-integrations and leveraging the full Veeam suite—including Veeam ONE, Recovery Orchestrator, VSPC, and more. Our Managed Services team delivers reliable backup and disaster recovery solutions alongside infrastructure support across VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Nutanix, and hybrid/public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, M365). BaaS, DRaaS, and IaaS are at the heart of what we do, providing proven ransomware recovery services.
Key Responsibilities
Backup & DR Operations
Monitor and manage Veeam Backup & Replication jobs and Veeam for M365.
Assist with Cloud Connect operations and basic troubleshooting.
Work with Veeam components such as Veeam ONE and VSPC for reporting and monitoring.
Support customer onboarding activities by following documented steps and completing handover checklists.
Participate in scheduled DR testing exercises under ...
