The Opportunity
Join a leading ASX-listed property group as an Accountant, stepping into a hands-on role that blends core financial reporting with commercial exposure. Sitting within a high-performing team, you’ll take ownership of month-end while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement across a growing portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, inquisitive accountant looking to deepen their experience in a dynamic business and gain exposure to acquisitions, ERP upgrades, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate month-end close, including journals and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist with P&L and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the asset base
• Assist with quarterly and annual reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
• Handle BAS, GST, and broader tax compliance tasks
• Liaise with auditors and assist with year-end statutory reporting
• Partner with property and asset managers to ensure reporting accuracy
• Contribute to systems improvements and project initiatives including acquisitions and ERP enhancement

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified is required 
• BIG 4 First Mover Or Mid-Tier Accounting Experience with over 4 years experience - preference in Funds/FS/Property
• Solid understanding of month-end, tax, and reporting processes
• Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset 
• Improved a process in a business and can wear many hats
• Curious, collaborative, and keen to grow in a fast-paced environment
