Management Accountant

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a permanent Management Accountant for a growing professional services organisation based in Cardiff. There is succession plan to grow to a Financial Controllers role in the future.

Reporting into the Finance Director you will be instrumental in driving improved reporting an developing the business partnering capability of the organisation.

• Support the preparation of monthly management information, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments and practice groups.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to partners and departmental heads to support performance improvement.
