Role Purpose

The Management / Reporting Accountant is responsible for producing accurate, timely management accounts and financial reports to support business decision-making. The role involves analysing financial performance, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Produce variance analysis against budget and forecast, with clear commentary
• Deliver regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
