Management Analyst (Targeting Work Center Manager)

Summary About the Position: This position is with the 56th Artillery Command (AC) and United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF). The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Targeting Work Center (TWC) Manager with primary duties of managing the administrative requirements of the TWC, and the Target Mensuration only (TMO) unit level Evaluator for USAREUR-AF program. Responsibilities Assess the effectiveness of fires and operations (i.e., munitions effects assessment [MEA]), and review any battle damage assessment (BOA). Serve as the subject matter expert in the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) and Advance Target Development (ATD) to provide technical and analytical advice to fires and targeting activities.
