The primary purpose of this position is: On behalf of the Director of Staff, to task and provide direction and guidance to A3 Directorate Division Chiefs and Squadron Commanders. Also leads an office of six enlisted personnel providing staff guidance, technical expertise relating to personnel actions, administrative issues and executive support for 2 general officers. Responsibilities Plans, organizes and oversees the activities of assigned personnel within the Executive Support office. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization of executive support objectives for the directorate.
