The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the MAJCOM manpower management and program analyst responsible for expertise in planning, programming, budgeting and system (PPBS) support of MAJCOM mission and plans. Responsibilities Develops, interprets, and implements policies and procedures to provide strategy, planning, programming, and budget system (SPPBS) guidance. Facilitates the identification and determination of alternative ways to achieve the best force mix within fiscal constraints for the planning and execution of the MAJCOM mission. Performs program evaluation of a full range of manpower programs at command and wing/installation level and develops and executes improvement plans.
