Summary You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Business Office Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA. Responsibilities You will serve as the primary contact with the Command Human Resources Office (HRO). Coordinating and working closely with HRO personnel in support of a full range of personnel management requirements. You will be responsible for processing and ensuring data integrity for all Request for Personal Actions (RPAs) as well as tracking the progression of RPAs. You will review award recommendations for consistent, appropriate, and timely application, as well as adherence to higher level recognition guidance and policies. You will develop and maintain internal personnel action tracking logs, databases, electronic files, and libraries in support of the command workforce requirements.
