Job Description


  • Provide organisational and administrative assistance to a partner and their legal team

  • Manage agendas and inboxes, schedule client meetings and internal appointments

  • Plan court deadlines, hearings and follow‑up actions in the lawyers' calendars

  • Prepare, format and finalise legal documents with high attention to detail

  • Open new client files and ensure correct compliance and KYC procedures

  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems

  • Assist in preparing and assembling court bundles and case files

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, organise virtual meetings and offer basic technical assistance

  • Occasionally assist reception with calls and client greetings



  • Brings experience in a similar administrative or legal assistance role
