Job Description
- Provide organisational and administrative assistance to a partner and their legal team
- Manage agendas and inboxes, schedule client meetings and internal appointments
- Plan court deadlines, hearings and follow‑up actions in the lawyers' calendars
- Prepare, format and finalise legal documents with high attention to detail
- Open new client files and ensure correct compliance and KYC procedures
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Assist in preparing and assembling court bundles and case files
- Coordinate meeting rooms, organise virtual meetings and offer basic technical assistance
- Occasionally assist reception with calls and client greetings
- Brings experience in a similar administrative or legal assistance role
