Job Description

As a Management Assistant your responsibilities are:


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.

  • Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication within the department.

  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.

  • Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports.

  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in organizing events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
