The Position:

Be Clean Services is looking for a full-time Management consultant to join our professional team.

As an internal management consultant, you will be in charge of providing internal management consulting services to analyse, design and improve delivery models, operational processes, and workforce capability to ensure services meet the clients' needs and expectations.

You will contribute to shaping clear goals and advise on service delivery strategies and operational plans, to lift customer experience, maximise satisfaction, and make best use of the company's people, equipment and other resources.
