• Prior Management Consulting Experience
• Experience of executing Operational Improvement based consulting projects for large manufacturing and service clients
• Expertise in Strategic Planning, Balance Score card implementation, etc.
• Preferred expertise in Theory of Constraint, Lean and Change Management concepts and having experience of successfully implementing the same for various clients
• Independently handle assigned multiple consulting projects with minimal intervention 
• Actively involved in Pre-Sales activities 
• Experience of conducting workshop to mentor the mid and senior level client management
• Regularly undertake research into industry sector, markets and competitors of clients
• Staying updated with the consulting world and always be on the lookout for best practices and new consulting practices
