Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MIS Operations Executive to support reporting and analytics for US Residential Mortgage. The role is MIS-focused, requiring strong reporting, data analysis, and client communication skills, along with working knowledge of the US mortgage lifecycle and underwriting document awarness.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and publish accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for US mortgage operations. • Track productivity, turnaround times, loan status movement, and SLA adherence.
• Maintain and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data reconciliation, audits, and data scrubs to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Handle client calls to explain reports, address data-related queries, and provide operational updates.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS / Operations Reporting within the US Residential Mortgage domain.
• Strong working knowledge of US mortgage processes, including loan stages, document types, and underwriting workflow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing interactions.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including:
o Lookup functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) o COUNTIFS and SUMIFS
o Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly. Good to Have
• Exposure to Condition Clearing processes (knowledge level).
• Experience performing Data Scrubs, data cleansing, and exception reporting.
• Familiarity with mortgage productivity and quality metrics.
Shift & Work Schedule
• Willingness to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
