Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Management Information System Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires proficiency in essential applications and technologies, focusing on improving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data manipulation, analysis, and report generation with advanced functions and formulas.
• Experience in dashboarding (Mandatory skill) to effectively visualize data insights and trends in an easily digestible manner.
• Strong skills in data analysis to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Capability in data visualization to create compelling graphical representations of data findings.
• Experience in working with VBA for automating tasks and enhancing data processing capabilities.
• Knowledge of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data across various platforms and systems.
• Competency in Power BI for structured data analysis and interactive data dashboard creation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting activities to ensure high-level operational standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets and dashboards for operational data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into functional dashboards and reports.
• Automate data processes and reporting through the implementation of VBA programming and other tools.
• Facilitate data integration through ETL processes, improving the accuracy and reliability of databases.
• Leverage Power BI to create interactive dashboards that communicate key insights and support business objectives.
• Perform thorough data validation and audit processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices in data analysis, visualization, and presentation to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes and reporting efficiency within the organization.
